Our certification project
Eli prosciutti considers safety as the first step to quality, for this reason we have decided to start a wider process of information and transparency to document our product history. These three certifications (ISO 9001:2000, BRC, IFS), acknowledged at a European level, confer safety and quality to our product by also granting transparency to the whole production cycle.
Eli prosciutti wishes to provide for a product featuring ‘qualifying and certified’ characteristics; we aim at creating an added value important for both the consumer and the client, offering a product different from that of competitors. The control of the production process – by a correct and modern management of information – is achieved through direct agreements with carefully selected suppliers.
