The Montali e Tosini brand
In 1951 Iris Montali and her husband Attilio Tosini founded a ham factory whose brand had contributed for more than half a century to the prestige of the Parma ham.
The quality of the Montali and Tosini products as well as the good name to their loyal clients spurred Eli to this important acquisition.
